Serve the PC® Ultimate Pork Rib Roast with this easy side dish duo and you'll have everyone saying, “Yes, Chef.” 🧑🍳✨
Recipe:
🥣 Squash Purée:
Sauté 1 chopped onion in 2 tbsp oil. Cook over medium-high heat until it starts to brown (about 5 minutes).
Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add 4 cups of frozen PC® Butternut Squash Chunks, reduce heat to medium, and cook until softened (about 5–8 minutes).
Next, add ½ cup PC® Blue Menu No-Salt-Added Chicken Broth, ½ cup 35% whipping cream, and ½ tsp salt. Bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.
Blend until smooth and serve!
🍏 Roasted Mix:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Toss 1 bag of PC® Mixed Little Gems, ½ lb of halved Brussels sprouts, and 2 PC Organics Gala Apples (cored & cut into chunks) with 2 tbsp oil and ¼ tsp salt.
Spread on a parchment-lined baking dish, roast for 45–60 minutes until golden brown and serve!
