Three years ago I chose myself.

Today i celebrate 3 years clean and sober, and I am so unbelievably grateful for the life I get to live because I continue to choose me.

I used to hate myself and thought this world would be better off without me for a very long time. I needed to escape my feelings and did just that for many years.

Each year that goes by I continue to grow and try to be a better version of myself. Addiction is a disease with plenty of stigma surrounding it but the more vulnerable we get, the more honest we become, we continue to help others who are suffering.

I am living proof that there is hope on the other side. I get to build a life I never dreamed of because I am clean and sober. I can navigate my big feelings today and deal with the s**t storm life throws at me in healthy ways.

So thank you from the bottom of my heart, for every person who has supported me in my personal journey and my professional journey.

And to anyone struggling, my DM's are always open, you don't have to go through it alone - we need community and we need love from others to lift us up and I am so blessed to have such a beautiful community of people surrounding me today. ❤️

Much love & stay spicy my friends! 🔥

Thank you for having us Van Island Feast of Fields Feast of Fields FarmFolk CityFolk !

What a nostalgic day for me. I used to LOVE doing these culinary events and feast of fields is a favorite! My first time presenting i was 18 in culinary school and made 3,000 French macarons with my pastry chef. Yesterday was my first time representing my own brand!

We had such a blast chatting with everyone and tasting all the great food the presenters put out. We are already planning our bites for the next one! 🫡🔥
