✨🍷 A sparkling afternoon at CPH Cooking Class!

Last week we had the pleasure of hosting an event organized by danitacom_copenaghen together with the Consortium of Brachetto d’Acqui brachettodacqui. Wine and pastry professionals gathered at CPH Cooking Class for a special tasting led by sommelier Martina Doglio Cotto grape_stories_wine_travel, pairing five Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG wines with Italian and Danish desserts, plus a live cooking show full of sweet inspiration 🍰

An afternoon filled with flavors, exchange, and great conversations between wine and pastry worlds. We’re proud to have welcomed such a vibrant community to our kitchen and look forward to more collaborations like this.
