Greetings from Malaysia: We’ve adopted a sea turtle nest! 🐢🌊
Our founder, Glenn, recently visited the Sugud Islands Marine Conservation Area (SIMCA) in Malaysia.
There, he met the team behind Reef Guardian, who are doing incredible work to protect local marine life. Since our brand is named Ron Dos Mares (The Two Seas), supporting their conservation efforts during the trip felt like the perfect fit.
On behalf of Dos Mares, Glenn made a contribution to the project and adopted a sea turtle nest. This ensures that the green sea turtle eggs are safely protected from predators in a guarded hatchery until they hatch and make their way into the ocean. 💚
We even got to place our own little hand-painted sign by the nest, and we’re crossing our fingers for all the little ones as they head out into the big blue! 🎨
