The wines of Bodega Cerron are made using organic grapes from our single estate winery in the village of Fuente Alamo in the south-east of Spain. The first Bodega Cerron vineyards came into possession of the family in 1895, since when we have followed traditional farming practices based on respect for nature and environment. A century later, in 1995, this led to the winery achieving one of the fir

st organic certification awarded in Spain. The vineyards are situated between 800 and 850 meters above sea level, where the land is composed of a soil structure very homogenous and optimal for wine production. For this reasons throughout this years we have followed farming and winemaking practices based on:
• Organic farming
• Low yelds
• Hand harvesting
• Wild yeasts
