Last weekend we had the pleasure of hosting events across the Netherlands, from an evening with PoP4Wine and Restaurant Merlet, to a tasting at Van der Zalm, and a winemakers lunch with 2 Michelin star chef Martin Kruithof at De Lindenhof.

A sincere thank you to all our hosts and partners for their warm hospitality, and to everyone who joined us.

A new step for nature at Can Gelat 🌿

This year, we are launching our Wildlife Observatory, a long-term biodiversity monitoring project across the estate in collaboration with Mallorcan ornithologist Xavi Llabrés.

By observing the birds and wildlife living among our vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean landscape, we gain valuable insight into the ecological health of the estate and continue strengthening our regenerative approach to agriculture.

Because great wines begin with a living landscape.

31 MEI | WIJNMAKERSLUNCH BIJ DE LINDENHOF 👨🏼‍🍳

Op zondag 31 mei hebben wij het genoegen om samen met een bijzondere wijnmakerslunch te organiseren.

Tijdens deze middag presenteren wij van Bodega Can Gelat onze nieuwste jaargangen en nemen wij u mee in het verhaal achter onze wijnen, waarin gastronomie, het eiland en onze gedeelde passie voor smaak samenkomen. Een ervaring die Michelinsterchef Martin Kruithof inmiddels al meerdere edities culinair heeft begeleid.

Martin Kruithof en zijn team verzorgen een verfijnde vijfgangenlunch, waarbij onze wijnen worden geschonken en toegelicht in samenwerking met sommelier Pieter-Jan Kruithof en de wijnmakers zelf.

Een middag in het teken van smaak, verhalen en Mediterrane gastvrijheid.
