Every day we sell about 740,000 kilograms of fruits, vegetables, juices, smoothies and tens of thousands of flowers and plants from 35 growing countries worldwide. Despite this considerable quantity, every fruit and every plant is special to us. They need a lot of care, knowledge, manual work – and a green thumb, as well. Years of research on our own exclusive varieties, careful selection of the best fruits and plants in the fields and ideal harvest time are a matter of course for our long-term growing partners and us. And exactly these best fruits are processed without additives in our smoothies, juices and hand-cut fresh fruit blends, too. Just as we address the growing needs of all our fruits, vegetables and flowers, it is important to us to strengthen the social communities on our farms. As an owner-managed company with a young, international team, we are also passionate about providing our more than 3,200 employees from 30 nations with an environment in which they can flourish, thrive and develop. The prospects of taking on exciting tasks and making a career with us are therefore quite sunny. If you want to shape the future, you need dreams. That's why we gave our commitment to sustainability a name in 2016: DREAMS. With the social projects of DREAMS, we support sustainable and responsible action in harmony with people and nature. Even when Stephan Rötzer from Munich founded SanLucar 25 years ago in sunny Valencia, it was important to him to do everything a little better. In the meantime, he has not only succeeded in getting an international company off the ground, but also in establishing SanLucar as a brand. Even though a lot has changed at SanLucar since the beginning, the constant search for improvement belongs to SanLucar like leaves to trees. And therefore, Stephan Rötzer has already been able to fulfill his greatest wish: "People should be thrilled. As if they were going to grandma's garden and picking their favorite fruits, vegetables and flowers themselves."

Every day, we sell around 610,000 kilos of fruit and vegetables from 35 growing countries worldwide. Despite this considerable amount, every single fruit is still special to us. They are living things. They need lots of special attention, expertise, craftsmanship, and most of all, a green thumb. This is the only way we can achieve perfect flavour for our 90 fruit and vegetable products – from apples to zucchini – for which they are famous and have been awarded by the german Ökotest magazine with “Very Good” many times over. The Ökotest publication tests the quality of products using independent labs with an emphasis on consumer safety and health.

And naturally we have a long list of other certifications to back up our quality, competence and attention to the environment, such as Global Gap, IFS, DIN EN ISO9001 and QS. Years of research into our own exclusive varieties, careful selection of the best fruit in the fields and ideal harvest times are a matter of course for us for our long-term growing partners and us.

Just as we address the growing requirements of our fruit and vegetables, it is important to us to strengthen the social communities on our own farms. As an owner-operated company with a young, international team, it is also close to our hearts to give our over 2,500 employees from 30 nations an environment in which they can flourish, thrive and develop to their full potential. The prospects of taking on exciting tasks and building a career with us are therefore quite sunny.
