Some moments from our San Cristòfol celebration at the farm.

It meant a lot to share the day with the family who owns this finca, representing the generations that have cared for this place, alongside the people who are part of it today. Bringing together past and present felt especially meaningful.

We were also joined by the local priest, who performed the traditional salpassa blessing, sprinkling everyone with salt and water using a flower.

Grateful to celebrate the present while honoring the history, traditions, and people who have shaped this place into what it is today.

This June at Can Cristófol, we welcome Federico Filippi: food writer, organic grower, and author of ‘Live to Eat or Eat to Live?’, for a two-day gathering exploring the deep connection between soil health, food, and human wellbeing.

Together with our farm manager Youri, we will share:

🌿 A guided farm & soil tour
📖 A book presentation and conversation
🥕 Harvesting and cooking together
🧺 A community picnic with local food from the land

This gathering invites us to rethink our relationship with food, nutrition, agriculture, and the living systems that sustain us.

🌱 Meet Neus Costa

Hay personas que no solo trabajan la tierra, sino que la escuchan, la cuidan y la hacen crecer con respeto. Neus es una de ellas.

Formada en agricultura ecológica en el CIFP Can Marines, y tras su paso por varias granjas y el vivero ElxGarden, se unió a Cultius i Cultures como su primera trabajadora.

Desde entonces, siembra, cuida y cosecha con la dedicación tranquila de quien ama profundamente la tierra. 🌾

Some people don’t just work the land but they listen to it, care for it, and help it grow with respect. Neus is one of them.

Trained in organic agriculture at CIFP Can Marines, after working across several farms and at ElxGarden nursery, she joined Cultius i Cultures as its very first employee.

Since then, she continues to plant, nurture, and harvest with the quiet dedication of someone who truly loves the earth.
