Our senses. Our imagination. Our creativity. Our joy.

🎭 A playful theatre & arts journey for children aged 8+, where we’ll explore, create, play, imagine and build a Christmas performance together.

Hay flores que no solo están hechas para ser miradas. 🌼

Crecen entre nuestras verduras, llenando la huerta de color, atrayendo abejas y acompañando cada estación.

Las recogemos a mano, cuando están en su momento más bonito, y de la tierra pasan a la cocina.

Caléndulas, girasoles y pequeñas flores comestibles que nos recuerdan que la naturaleza también sabe decorar nuestros platos.

Cultivamos belleza. Y a veces, también nos la comemos. 🌿✨

Some flowers are not only meant to be admired. 🌼

They grow among our vegetables, filling the garden with colour, welcoming the bees and following the rhythm of each season.

We pick them by hand, at their most beautiful moment, and from the soil they make their way into our kitchen.

Calendula, sunflowers and tiny edible blooms reminding us that nature knows how to decorate our plates too.

We grow beauty. And sometimes, we get to eat it too. 🌿✨ ❤️

On Wednesday 23 September, we’re gathering at Can Cristòfol for an outdoor screening of The People’s Emergency Briefing, followed by an open community conversation, food, music and time together.

A space to listen, learn, ask questions and think together about climate, nature, food, water and resilience - not from a place of fear, but from a place of connection and possibility.

Corn pollination is one of those little miracles happening quietly in the garden. 🌽✨

At the top of the plant, the tassels release thousands of tiny grains of pollen into the wind.

Below, every single silk growing from the ear is connected to one potential kernel of corn.

For a kernel to develop, a grain of pollen must land on its silk and travel all the way down to fertilize it.

One silk.
One grain of pollen.
One kernel.

That’s why sometimes we open an ear and find a few empty spaces — those silks simply weren’t pollinated.

No bees required, no perfect plan.
Just wind, timing, and nature doing what it knows best.

And somehow, all those invisible encounters become food. 🌽🤍

There’s much more growing on the farm than you see in our shop. 🌿

Across the seasons, we can have around 70 different vegetables, herbs, leaves, chillies, flowers and other seasonal produce growing at Can Cristòfol.

Our shop has a selection each day, but some of our more special and seasonal produce is best harvested fresh, especially for you.

That’s why we’re introducing our new farm-to-order system. 🥬

Each week, we’ll share our updated availability list online. You can browse what’s growing and place your order here:

Orders open every Monday. Wherever possible, please order 48 hours in advance so we can harvest everything fresh for you.

Once you place your order, our shop coordinator will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm availability and arrange your collection.

Some moments from our San Cristòfol celebration at the farm.

It meant a lot to share the day with the family who owns this finca, representing the generations that have cared for this place, alongside the people who are part of it today. Bringing together past and present felt especially meaningful.

We were also joined by the local priest, who performed the traditional salpassa blessing, sprinkling everyone with salt and water using a flower.

Grateful to celebrate the present while honoring the history, traditions, and people who have shaped this place into what it is today.
