Today we have sorted the last grapes. Harvest 2026 is done. Well done Team BiniVista. But of course still a lot of work in the cellar. But always a special day when all the grapes are in.

As you know, we are well underway with the 2026 harvest. All the green grapes are in and the fermentation processes are underway. Some of our blue grapes have also been harvested, including Pinot Noir and Merlot. Last night we harvested our Grenache and they are on their way to be picked up and put in the cold storage, and then processed tomorrow. Currently there are about 60,000 kg in the house. Almost halfway.

Harvest is officially here, and the energy in the w**ery is amazing! Bringing our crop in small boxes ensures zero crushing, exact weight control, and maximum cleanliness from the vine to the cellar.
There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing row after row of perfectly organized, healthy fruit coming through the doors. Pure quality in every single crate!
