🍇 ¿Sabías que los egipcios ya vendimiaban hace más de 3.000 años? Un ritual milenario que ha llegado hasta nuestros días.
En el antiguo Egipto, los vendimiadores recolectaban los racimos, los llevaban al lagar, pisaban la uva y recogían el mosto en vasijas para su fermentación. Un proceso que, sorprendentemente, guarda muchas similitudes con la elaboración tradicional que conocemos hoy.
Y hay más: los egipcios atribuían el origen del vino al dios Osiris. 🍷
La historia del vino es también la historia de las civilizaciones, de la tierra y de nuestra relación con la naturaleza.
Desde las antiguas tinajas egipcias hasta nuestros días, han pasado miles de años… pero seguimos celebrando lo mismo: una buena copa y todo lo que hay detrás de ella.

In Ancient Egypt, grape harvesters collected the bunches, took them to the wine press, crushed the grapes and collected the must in vessels for fermentation. A process that, surprisingly, shares many similarities with the traditional winemaking methods we know today.
And there’s more: the Egyptians attributed the origin of wine to the god Osiris. 🍷
