This weekend we’re at BBC Gardeners’ World Fair which is taking place today, Saturday & Sunday Audley End House and Gardens .

We’re showcasing our three vintages of English Sparkling W**e, as well as hosting tastings on the Autumn Table, alongside the brilliant Andy Clarke .

There are some amazing fellow independent businesses hosting stalls here - some of the more delicious have particularly caught the eye of Dylan.

It’s set to be rather a nice weekend, so if you fancy a day trip to this beautiful English Heritage spot, please come and say hi!

Join us for summer sundowners tonight!

The sun is shining and tonight is our final Friday evening sundowners of the summer.

We’ll be joined by the tasty Buffalo Joe's from 5.30pm, and we can’t think of a better way to close off the week.

Fear not, we will continue to be open into the evening every Saturday this month, before we switch to our Autumn-Winter hours.

What a first year it’s been at our Bishop’s Stortford vineyard…

We’re endlessly grateful to every single customer who’s visited, supported, sipped, and celebrated with us. And to our small but mighty team - Sam, Sarah, Steve, and our brilliant bar crew (some of whom are temporarily parting ways with us to live their best lives at uni!) - you’ve made this place what it is.

Cheers to you all, and cheers to adding a little extra sparkle to Stortford.

IT’S COMPETITION TIME - AND WE NEED YOU!

Our Bailey Hills stag has been standing proud for a whole year, & rather embarrassingly, he’s yet to be given a name.

So we’re handing the naming rights over to you!

Our stag represents our home on the Hertfordshire–Essex border: the proud Herts stag and the iconic Essex three swords. They look the part… but they need a name worthy of our very own vineyard legend.

Think you can do better than ‘Gary’? No offence to all the Gary’s out there!! Give us your best, most creative, or most hilarious name suggestions below...

As well as being a big weekend for us at Bailey Hills, it’s also a big weekend for Bishop's Stortford Rugby Club who’s season starts tomorrow.

The boots are on, the bubbles are chilling and we’re ready for another season supporting our favourite local rugby club!
