A land of desert landscapes, royal feasts and deeply comforting food traditions.

Rajasthani cooking is bold, warming and brilliantly resourceful - packed with spice, lentils and slow-building flavour designed to satisfy long after the meal is finished 👌🏾

This week’s tiffin brings together some of our favourite regional classics:

Next week’s menu travels from the coconut-rich kitchens of Karnataka to the comforting, spice-laden dishes of Punjab - stopping through Gujarat and the banks of the Ganges along the way.

Chettinad Kurma 🥥🔥

Lighter, dairy-free, and packed with flavour from freshly roasted Chettinad spices, coconut, black pepper and a subtle touch of jaggery.
