All Cinnamon buns collected or delivered with pots of cream cheese frosting or we had a biscoff pot this time! Delicious combination suggestion 😋

What more could a beautiful sunny, cold Saturday morning ask for.

Keep your eyes peeled if you'd like to order for November's date and I do make them throughout the month too if you can't wait, Cinnamon Saturday is just when I can carve the time out to make them in bulk.

The house is smelling divine, we have completed a brisk walk to Calshot Beach with the kids and now enjoying Halloween films under a blanket.

2 days left to preorder for Cinnamon Saturday and another look at these beautiful buns.

Soft, fluffy pull apart buns with that golden caramelised sugary cinnamon filling. With a pot of cream cheese frosting to spread yourself when you're ready (other toppings available by request)

Our buns even do well with a drop of water in the microwave for a few seconds to make them all gooey again, if they last long enough to cool down of course 😂

Cinnamon Saturday is back on the 17th October 🍂

One week to go, and preorders will close Friday morning.

The way the golden autumn sunshine is hitting these this morning is just perfect 👌🏻

One small benefit to being woken rudely early by your children is having enough time to make cinnamon buns for breakfast 😂

Soft, fluffy buns with cinnamon sugar filling and cream cheese frosting or your choice of topping if cream cheese isn't your thing.

This mixed flavour box had 16 pieces of shortbread: Callebaut chocolate chip and stem ginger, both dipped in dark chocolate and beautifully boxed.

Gift box — £20
Take-home box — £17

Larger and smaller box quantities are also available, and absolutely other flavours too.

Current shortbread flavour options include:

Just a reminder of what our Lava Cookies look like warm… 🤤

Fancy popping yours in the microwave for a few seconds to get that melty middle back? Because THIS is what you’re aiming for 😂

One of our most popular — the Biscoff Lava Cookie, loaded with chocolate and that ridiculously gooey Biscoff centre.

And yes… this was my own lunchtime snack 😂😂

Cookies are being stocked up this week too, with plenty of our S’mores Lava Cookies ready for this welcome autumnal weather change and, of course, Halloween 👻🍂

These are our very popular deep-filled mince pies!

Proper buttery pastry, a generous filling and a recipe that is traditional, rich, luxurious and dangerously moreish.

I’m already looking forward to making these again this year.

Ginger sponge & Lotus Biscoff buttercream cupcakes, Chocolate Raspberry Noir cookies, Lotus Biscoff lava cookies, shortbread rounds with Callebaut chocolate chips, Victoria sponge bites & lemon flapjack 🍋

A really lovely mix, and a great snapshot of the sort of bakes you can mix and match for buffet boxes, events or workplace treats.

The lemon flapjack is the sister to my Chocolate Orange version and I’m very pleased to say… she’s a keeper 😂

Autumn has well and truly arrived and I am VERY excited about it 🍂🎃

October is looking lovely at Bramble & Butter, with seasonal favourites, Halloween specials and yes… Christmas pre-orders are officially open too 🎄
Christmas mince pie pre-orders are now OPEN, with books closing on 1st December.

We also have Cinnamon Saturday on 17th October, plus a little Halloween menu featuring ginger sponge, S’mores lava cookies, spooky spider shortbread and ginger cookies… with a few more treats still to come 👀🎃

Our much-loved S’mores stuffed cookie is back too, and the full Bramble & Butter menu is available to order as usual.

I also have a small amount of availability for celebration cakes throughout October, so do get in touch if you have something special coming up.
And keep an eye out for the Halloween treat selection boxes very soon…
