Another early day to beat the Over Bridge morning clusterpark.....
Mashing on on caffeinated power, Shepherds Delight today, a good day for zymurgy!
The brewery tree is finally starting to show signs of Autumn, the mornings are getting cooler and draped in mist, the brewery gets chilly and moody in the Autumnal transition.
Solar brewed, farm grown barley , borehole water.

Cheeky POETS day pint on the "Disco Bar", Hence the odd angle.
HB isn't the driver today, so its a chance to drink his own b**r, actually at the brewery, for a change.
Distinctive English hops, our own malt, Seven Springs water, combined using the dark arts of brewing with solar powered input, to make a robustly charactered, distinctive, Cotswold Lion Brewery Golden Fleece, perfect indulgence while the days brew collects to the fermented.

Brew day, early start, into the brewery at 06.30 ready to brew Top Notch.
The mornings are dark now, the Savanna has reverted to its natural green 💚 the tree still retains it's leaves, rather late this year.
