25ml In the loop English Red Vermouth
35ml Campari
60ml soda water

Over ice and a slice of orange

Another Brabourne vineyard project done!
This one is from 100% Pinot noir delivered to us in beautiful condition in October '25 and then lovingly turned into a Semi-dry red English Vermouth.
