Another weekend, another wedding!

This time for the lovely Stuart & Hayley and at one of our favourite venues to work, Fleming Park Bowling Club Function Room.

We provided a fully serviced bbq with salads, sauces and bread rolls.

Beef burgers, pork sausages, honey bbq pork steaks and jerk chicken tenders.

Giant cous cous with watermelon, feta and mint, new potato salad, tomato and fresh basil pasta and coleslaw. All fresh, all homemade.

Thank you as always to Smiths Butchers Eastleigh for the fantastic meat.

Valley buffets wish the newly married couple a lifetime of happiness.

Honey glazed home baked gammon ham.
Chicken satays with chilli and spring onions.
Mint & honey glazed butchers sausages.
Dressed humous with pomegranate and fig glaze.

Giant cous cous with watermelon, feta & mint.
Farmers green leaf salad.
Apple slaw.
New potato salad with spring onion & chives.

All freshly prepared, all homemade.

On Saturday the Valley Buffets team had the privilege of providing some of the catering for the wedding of the new Mr & Mrs Lemon 🍋

The happy couple were married at the family farm in Somerset, and what a setting!

We proudly provided a vegetarian breakfast graze for the bridal party in the barn before everyone started getting ready.

Canapés next, served just after the ceremony, with the request of fun old school treats which we served in arcade coin cups which were very popular!

After the speeches down by the potting shed, the guests moved back to the barn where we provided a nacho loading station with our vegetarian 5 bean chilli being the star of the show!

Everyone at Valley Buffets wishes the new Mr & Mrs Lemon a life of love & happiness and all the very best for the future.

It was a pleasure to provide graze boards and refreshments for Rob & the team at the grand opening of their new office on Wi******er Road, Chandlers Ford today.

🧁 Afternoon tea done right! 🧁

Homemade plain and fruit scones.
Homemade lemon drizzle with fresh lemon zest.
Homemade mini chocolate Victoria sponges with morello cherry jam and vanilla buttercream.

Baked fresh this morning ready for delivery to a lovely returning customer this afternoon.

The Valley Buffets diary is looking pretty busy however, we do still have some small availability in July and September.

We’ve done it again! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star rating received by the Food Standards Agency following our recent inspection.

Food hygiene & safety practices - all appears very good. Excellent controls.
Structural requirements - well maintained equipment. Good facilities.
Confidence in management - diligent systems and good knowledge.
Overall - excellent!

We are very happy with this result, but even happier that our customers can be reassured that our food hygiene standards are, in the words of the FSA ‘EXCELLENT!’

✨ We’re Still Here – and Still Catering with Heart! ✨

It’s been a little while since we last posted, but we want to reassure you that Valley Buffets is very much still in business and just as passionate about the food we create 💛

The past few months have brought lots of changes at Valley Buffets HQ – both personally and professionally – all positive ones. Like many small businesses, rising energy and produce costs (and the impact on customers’ buying power) have meant we’ve had to make a few necessary adjustments to how we operate.

👉 What’s changed:
• Our graze boxes, afternoon teas, and breakfast boxes now have a minimum order of 10
• We no longer offer regular weekday corporate catering, but we’re happy to quote for one-off corporate events with a minimum spend

👉 What hasn’t changed:
We’re still proudly providing our much-loved
🥐 Grazing & breakfast boards
🍽️ Hot & cold buffets
🍰 Afternoon tea events
🥓 Loaded stations
💍 Catering for weddings, birthdays, christenings, funerals & baby showers

As always, we promise good quality, home-cooked, delicious food, made with pride and care. Supporting local businesses really does make a difference, and we’re so grateful for every single customer.
