Myself and the boys are back in the kitchen today kicking 2026 off with a banger!!

The bacon and jalapeño bad boy 🌶️

Sandwiched between two smashed dry aged beef patties we have smoked Monterey Jack cheese 
Two slices of Maple cured bacon 🥓
Jalapeño and maple bacon jam
Two stuffed jalapeño poppers
Jalapeño ranch dressing all served in a brioche and sesame seed bun 🍔
