Today is International Day of Families!

In the Scottish salmon sector, it is common to see family members working together, building long-term careers and passing on skills across generations. This is just one of many examples of family connections across our membership.

At Scottish Sea Farms Ltd, we have the MacAulays!

Donald MacAulay, Primary Processing Manager (centre), has 25 years of service and works alongside his daughters. Erin MacAulay, Learning & Development Coordinator (left), who has eight years of service and Emma MacAulay, Admin Support, who has one year of service.

This example highlights how the sector supports family careers, sustaining jobs and communities in rural Scotland.
