No rest this Friday for Fiona & David in the brewery.

Hay Baler is currently being racked into cask by Fiona as we speak, ready for deliveries next week.
And as that is happening, David is brewing yet another batch of our superb Yorkshireman Blonde, as we try to keep up with the demand for it in this lovely weather.

We all had a trip out to NORTHERN MONK yesterday afternnon to have a look at their setup and got some great advice from Ads on how to help the brewery move forward to our next stage of product development.

At the end of May the guys from Northern Monk visited us here at Craven Brew Co and together we brewed our newest beer, Airesome lager.
A twist on an a conventional lager recipe as this brew has all been racked into cask!
A beautiful crisp, clean and refreshing drink, this will soon be available in taprooms and pubs all along the route of the river Aire and further afield.
