As an award-winning Chef, TV show host, and advocate, I am passionate about utilising food to connect and deliver excellent guest experiences. I engage all my clients’ senses through my expert cooking, focusing on textures, flavours, freshness, and visual presentation. With a rich educational background spanning a degree in Professional Culinary and Patisseries Art to several related NVQ’s combined with experience cooking in highly regarded (2-4 rosette) restaurants, I offer a unique perspective to food. My experience has taken me all over the UK, sampling the flavours from over 30 countries while refining my palette. I deliver high quality meals with experience assisting across the kitchen from preparing meat and fish to making pastries.
