This month, we are proud to celebrate Michelle Nolan’s 10-year anniversary at Frucom Foods Ltd, a milestone that reflects her dedication and the values that define our business: trust, teamwork and long-term relationships.
Michelle joined Frucom in January 2016 at a time of significant change. Since then, her role has evolved considerably, from closing the Manchester office and moving the back office to new premises in Maidenhead where we still reside, implementing new procedures and processes, and supporting the growth of the business over the past decade.
In a recent conversation with Rob, Managing Director of Frucom, Michelle spoke about the culture and sense of belonging as key reasons she has stayed. She highlighted the strong team spirit, the support colleagues give each other, and the fact that at Frucom, people are not just numbers. She values being part of a company where her role and the business have grown together, and where long-term relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers are genuinely prioritised. She is particularly proud of being a key part in building the team and office culture we have today, and says she cannot imagine working anywhere else.
We are incredibly grateful for Michelle’s commitment, leadership and loyalty over the past 10 years and very much look forward to what the future holds.
