Out of more than 15,000 products judged in the Great Taste Awards this year only 300 achieved the coveted 3-star award - that’s about as rare as drawing the ace of spades from a pack of cards.

It’s not down to chance of course and huge credit goes to the farms that supply our amazing trout and the incredible skill

You can buy our cold smoked trout vertical cut sides from our shop online and we plan to have 200g vertical cut packs available soon.
