Getting out of bed is so much easier when pancakes are involved. 🥞 These American-style pancakes made by are golden, fluffy and ready for all the toppings.

Stack them high and top with maple syrup, whipped cream or compote for something sweet, or go full American diner with bacon and egg. Either way, it’s the perfect start to any day.

🥞Whisk together all the following!
🥞1 egg
🥞150ml milk (add 1tsp lemon juice if you have some)
🥞1tbsp sugar
🥞125g plain flour
🥞1tsp baking powder
🥞pinch Bicarbonate of soda (if you have it)
🥞Place some butter in a pan
🥞Pour in some batter, cook each side for 2-3 mins
🥞Stack up
