The long awaited 4+ years, getting turned away from fertility help for my BMI being too high, loosing around 5 stone to match the BMI boundaries in 5months with on the , working up the steps and being patient but careful with my diet to starting fertility treatment and the heartache of the first month not working.. was all worth it for you my little dolly!!

Knowing I am very very pregnant and still a much lower weight than I was before and feeling good in my own skin whilst growing a little human is the best feeling ever! I am so glad I found and my and lost nearly 5 stone before I was able to get fertility help!

Yes I have put weight on but I’m still A LOT lighter than I used to be and my baby is nearly fully grown! Not to mention all the water! I am very grateful for the diet and gem for helping me achieve my goal and now I am finally pregnant and due my baby next month!🥰

Choose you and your dreams! Work hard to reach your goals.. the road may seem longg but you will reach where you want to be! Forever grateful to finally say I’m having my miracle baby!☁️🌈🤍

Yes I’ve put on weight.. but I still fit in my clothes and I’m now 34 weeks pregnant!!🥰

Go easy on yourself, you’re bound to put on weight when pregnant and that’s okay! I lost just under 5 stone (thanks to the and gem) to go on fertility meds to finally conceive my rainbow baby after trying for nearly 5 years! I made my dream come true with a little help!

I lost it once.. I can do it again! And I’m so excited to start plan again with my when I’m allowed! I now know what I am capable of and I will smash it again.. BUT.. for now I am embracing and loving my body carrying this baby!! It’s my only dream and it came true! I love my bump and hate other things about the weight gain and shape but I keep reminding myself to go easy, I am creating a human. It’s okay!🤎

OVERWEIGHT ——— 29 WEEKS PREGNANT

I have been very quiet recently because I just don’t really know what to post and I don’t really go out much at the moment.. Pregnancy has made me a tad unsociable🙈
•
Last night I had my Christmas Works Do and I must say I felt so good to get dressed up and not be in the usual daily clothes (work clothes and pjs)😂 I felt like the pre pregnancy me again, all glam and giving a damn☺️

I am absolutely loving being pregnant and think about how far I’ve come everyday when I look at my bump. I feel very grateful to have discovered and to help me lose the weight I needed for fertility help! 5 years of trying for a baby, I never thought I would get there but thanks to Gem, the diet products and my willpower to get my miracle baby was just that.. a miracle! I lost my weight to start the fertility drugs, 5 stone!!! And in February this year, I finally got to start trying with help from the LOCI TRIAL STUDY! Feeling very grateful today🤍

Now that I’ve fully popped, I’m feeling so good in my skin. I feel confident again and I’m surprisingly loving the bump.. I thought I’d struggle with the weight but I think it’s safe to say I’m handling it! I’ve only put on 6+3/4lbs since my first midwife appointment and I am super proud of myself! Even though my body shape has changed so much, I am happy and loving this mum body🤎

It felt so good to get glam for a day! 🥰
