After many years of Chef Bernie’s Sauces, the time has come for us to start bringing this chapter to a close.
As many of you already know, I have returned home to Saint Lucia. I’m spending precious time with my 98-year-old dad and settling back into island life, with family, the land and growing some of my own food taking up much of my attention these days.
We had hoped to find someone to take Chef Bernie’s Sauces forward, but so far the business has not been sold. Before we finally close the page, I wanted to mention that the business is still available, and we remain open to a sensible offer from anyone genuinely interested in taking it on.
There is a great deal here for the right person — established recipes and branding, the Chef Bernie name, website and online shop, social media presence, customer mailing list and, most importantly, many years of loyal customers who have supported the sauces.
If you have ever thought about running your own sauce business, or know somebody who might be interested, please send us a private message through this page. We’ll be keeping the page open for a little while longer so there is time to get in touch.
And finally, a huge thank you to everyone who has bought a jar, stopped to chat at a show, placed an order, recommended us to a friend or simply supported Chef Bernie over the years.

SOLD - Time for a bit of a clear-out!
As we're getting ready for our next adventure overseas, some of the equipment from the business needs to find a new home.
This commercial Vigo/Speidel crusher has served us well processing peppers for our sauces and is in full working order. I'll put a video in the comments so you can see it running.

After many wonderful years building Chef Bernie's Sauces, I've made the decision to return home to Saint Lucia at the beginning of July

As a result, I'm now looking for the right person or business to take Chef Bernie's Sauces forward and continue the journey.
What started as a passion for sharing the flavours of the Caribbean has grown into an established brand with loyal customers across the UK, a successful webstore, regular food festival appearances and a range of Caribbean sauces from mild to extra hot!

The opportunity includes the brand, recipes, webstore, social media, customer base, show equipment and display setup, stock and supplier relationships.
