SOLD - Time for a bit of a clear-out!
As we're getting ready for our next adventure overseas, some of the equipment from the business needs to find a new home.
This commercial Vigo/Speidel crusher has served us well processing peppers for our sauces and is in full working order. I'll put a video in the comments so you can see it running.

After many wonderful years building Chef Bernie's Sauces, I've made the decision to return home to Saint Lucia at the beginning of July

As a result, I'm now looking for the right person or business to take Chef Bernie's Sauces forward and continue the journey.
What started as a passion for sharing the flavours of the Caribbean has grown into an established brand with loyal customers across the UK, a successful webstore, regular food festival appearances and a range of Caribbean sauces from mild to extra hot!

The opportunity includes the brand, recipes, webstore, social media, customer base, show equipment and display setup, stock and supplier relationships.
