📍 Rodney Bay vibes 🇱🇨
We’re down at Spinnakers Beach Bar — steel band playin’, breeze blowin’, and two rotis landin’ on the table.
Long time I haven’t had a roti… and this one hit just as I remember. Fresh wrap made from scratch, curried chicken and potatoes, no bones, full flavour.
Little bit of hot sauce and I’m tucking right in 🔥
This is island chillin’ at its best. One Love. 🇱🇨

Up before sunrise for a proper island start 🌋
A quiet soak at the sulphur springs, rolling down through Soufrière with the Pitons behind us, then straight into street life down in Vieux Fort.
Mud baths, markets, coconut water, jelly coconut, and fresh soursop — blended up on the street using my portable blender 🥥⚡
Simple, fresh, island fuel 🇱🇨
This is real St Lucian living. No rush. No fuss. Just good energy.
