There’s something so satisfying about watching these little pain au chocolat slowly rise, double in size and become beautifully soft and fluffy!

This Saturday, 10th October, we’ll be at TWO markets:

🥐 Salisbury Market — 9am–3pm
🥐 Totton Market — 10am–1pm

And especially to all our Totton & New Forest locals — we’d love to see you! ❤️

We’ll be well stocked with plenty of your gluten-free favourites, including croissants, cinnamon buns, focaccia, sausage rolls and lots of other goodies, with some dairy-free options too.

As always, everything we make is 100% gluten free, baked in our dedicated gluten-free micro bakery in Totton.

Well… this one was a hit! 🙌

Our new Chorizo, Mozzarella & Manchego Swirl, made with our gluten-free croissant pastry, went down VERY well this weekend. 🥐🧀

So it’s officially coming back! You’ll find it tomorrow, Tuesday 6th October, at Salisbury Market — and again on the menu next weekend.

And don’t worry, the chorizo is mild, not spicy. 😊

How to Order

While we’re putting the finishing touches on our website, you can place your order by sending us a DM on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok

* Delivery address
* Email address

* Preferred mail service (tracked 24 or Special delivery)

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you a secure payment link.

As everything is freshly baked to order, we’ll begin preparing your goodies as soon as full payment has been received.

Remember when so many of you were disappointed that I threw away those failed croissants? 😅🥐

A lot of you suggested turning them into bread & butter croissant pudding… and that’s what we did!

We made two batches for yesterday’s markets and they sold out really quickly.

So now the big question is… should we make more failed croissants? 😂

Chorizo, Mozzarella & Manchego Swirl.

Buttery, flaky gluten-free croissant dough, rolled with mild chorizo, mozzarella and Manchego cheese. Full of flavour, but not spicy. 👌

Crispy on the outside, cheesy in the middle… we think we’ve got a good one here. 🥐🧀

I made four fruit pastries… and now I have to decide which one is actually worth keeping on the menu 👀🥐

After the very difficult job of eating all four 😂, my ranking is:
