Enjoying the fruits of my labour, a leftover gluten free pistachio croissant from yesterday’s market. Warmed up for 4min at 200c in the air fryer to crisp up the exterior, then 15 sec in the microwave oven to soften the cream inside. I forgot how good this was.🙈😁🥐
I suppose the French butter helps and the homemade pistachio cream doesn’t hurt either.
