Set up in my usual spot in Llanrwst Square!!
I have fresh lemon curd and our brand new crab apple jelly, made from locally sourced jelly king crab apples.
Great with cheese, stir a spoonful in gravy, perfect with meats and makes a delicious glaze!!

🍎 From local crab apples to something delicious…
A lovely local couple kindly dropped off an amazing yield of Jelly King crab apples for us to use.
We’re making a traditional crab apple jelly, using the natural pectin from the fruit to create a delicate, jewel-like set.
Perfect with roast pork, lamb, game, cheese boards and even as a glaze.
Another little taste of the Conwy Valley going into the Snowdon Condiments kitchen. ❤️🏔️

This is a massive achievement for a small business. It is something that Dave and I are very proud of. All our hard work, dedication, and belief in our products are finally beginning to pay off.

Mixed bag weather wise today, but no dampening our spirits here at a great new venue in Llandudno on the grounds of Trinity Church.
Lots of locals and visitors so hoping for a good day.
We are here until 4pm so if you’re in the area pop over and sample our condiments.

Just had 10kg of beautiful Denbigh plums delivered from a local grower.

These plums are renowned for their rich flavour and vibrant colour and I believe they are the only surviving native Welsh plum variety – ideal for making chutneys that are packed with North Wales flavour. 🌿
