Step into an evening of fire, flavour and discovery this May at The Walled Garden.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of the Surrey garden as the sun begins to dip, this is a chance to experience the very best of cooking with the EGG and the alfresco lifestyle.
Whether you already own an EGG or are thinking about getting one, the three Discovery Sessions are designed to inspire, educate and indulge. Start your evening with a glass of Mirabeau in the Glasshouse before exploring the garden at your leisure. Watch the EGGs in action, sample food straight from the EGG, and enjoy live cooking demos, butchery, cocktails, and interactive experience. Expect everything from scallops to ribeye, and plenty more fire-cooked dishes to discover along the way.
The expert chefs ( ) will be on hand to demonstrate the versatility of the EGG, while retail stalls offer the chance to browse EGGs and accessories, alongside Solidteknics pans and YETI drinkware and coolers.
As the evening unfolds, sit down to enjoy a menu of exceptional produce, all cooked over fire.
There are two experiences to choose from:
Feasting Experience – a lively fire-cooked feast in The Long Room
Chef’s Table Experience – an intimate evening with a Big Green Egg chef, complete with live cooking, expert tips, and a multi-course feast
