Delicate chocolate chiffon sponge cakes for the light, cloud-like texture ☁️ Paired with smooth chocolate ganache cream and the softest touch of food coloring on the outside, the result was this dreamy pastel rainbow palette.

💚 NEW PRODUCT TEST: PISTACHIO BASQUE CHEESECAKE 💚

We’ve been experimenting in the kitchen… and this one might just be the best thing to happen on the tongue. 🤤✨

It starts with a generous roast of pistachios, cooled down and blended into a rich, nutty pistachio paste. We then fold that into our creamy Basque cheesecake.

Once baked together, the magic happens — caramelised cream cheese meets roasted pistachio nut, creating an incredibly rich, creamy and deeply nutty flavour with that signature Basque cheesecake texture. 🔥

And because more pistachio is always a good idea… 💚

We finish it with a generous layer of freshly blended pistachio paste, then top it with crunchy roasted pistachios and delicate almond flakes for the perfect contrast of creamy, nutty and crisp.
