Magdalen House has a city centre location with its own on –site parking. Within a quarter of a mile you can either be in the cathedral precincts via the bronze statue of King Alfred and the Guildhall or starting a walk /cycle on the South Downs Way. St Giles Hill is on the doorstep where a fabulous sweep of he city from the viewing platform will give you

your bearings for a fulfilling stay. Or take a walk out to the water meadows along the River Itchen, via the City Mill and Wolvesey Palace. The Garden Studio is a large room 5m x 6m with a seperate shower room. There is a door onto a small 3m x 3m west facing patio, king size bed, kitchenette with combi microwave, 2 ring ceramic hob, fridge with ice box. Access is currently through the house but there is level access from the driveway through the garage. Cyclists can leave their bicycles in the integral garage, dry and secure.
