Last week we teamed up with the brilliant Bamboo Door crew for a DropWorks set menu and rum tasting.

Founder and Master Distiller Lewis Hayes took guests through the DropWorks range while the team at Bamboo Door served up a beautifully curated four-cocktail menu:

🍸 Savoury Sweet – Clear Drop, orange & basil sorbet
🍸 Velvety Rich – Barrel Drop, vanilla & raisin
🍸 Refreshing Tiki – Funk Drop, coconut & mango
🍸 Dessert – Dark Drop, cacao, cherry & oat milk🤌

Meet the Honey Nut 🍯🥥

A nutty Old Fashioned twist that lets Barrel Drop do the talking, complemented by rich honey coconut syrup and a few dashes of almond bitters.

50ml Barrel Drop
10ml Honey Coconut Syrup (DM for spec)
3 dashes Almond Bitters

Add ice, stir until chilled, then strain and enjoy!

Not all Manhattans need whiskey🤫

Distiller’s Drop #002: Bordeaux Red Wine Cask brings a different dimension to this classic cocktail, layering rich red fruit, warming spice and oak over the bittersweet backbone of a Manhattan.

🥃 50ml Distiller’s Drop #002
🍷 20ml sweet vermouth
✨ 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Stir with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon coin.
