What a festival!! We had an absolute blast as the rum sponsor of Brighton Cocktail Festival🥳

Two new beauties have landed at The Ivy Nottingham👀🍸

No, not Vicki and Lewis… meet the Emerald Daiquiri and the Merry Men Daiquiri!

Both made with DropWorks rum, both absolutely delicious, and now part of The Ivy’s specially curated cocktail menu. We’re very proud to have been chosen for the menu, and even prouder of how amazing these two turned out👌

So, if you’re in Nottingham, at the Ivy and give these two a try 🍹

We’re pretty lucky to call the Welbeck Estate home, so naturally we always recommend making a proper day of it!

There’s more than enough here to keep you busy all day. Start with a coffee, have a wander through the gallery, visit the distillery, grab some lunch, explore the museum and finish with a trip to the farm shop 🛒

Our Sunday distillery tours are now just £15. If you haven’t been yet, consider this your sign!
