Gurteen Stud Stud Farm Gurteen Stud was founded in 2000 and is very much a family business, principally managed by Donal Brazil and his two sons, Clive and Keith.

The farm has been in the family for more than 100 years but the purchase of Golden Tornado marked the time when we gave up cattle farming to concentrate entirely on racehorses. We currently have two stallions, "Golden Tornado" and "Urban Poet"
