Un sorso, uno sguardo. E il vino inizia a raccontarsi. 🍷
In questi giorni siamo in cantina ad assaggiare i vini delle annate precedenti, quelli che riposano ancora nelle nostre barrique, per capire come stanno evolvendo e cosa hanno ancora da dirci.
È un lavoro di attenzione e di pazienza: un profumo che si apre, un tannino che si ammorbidisce. Dalla vigna alla botte, ci siamo sempre.
Il vino ha i suoi tempi. Noi ci prendiamo il gusto di aspettarlo. ⏳

These days we’re in the cellar tasting the w**es from previous vintages, the ones still resting in our barriques, to understand how they are evolving and what they still have to tell us.
It’s a work of attention and patience: an aroma that opens up, a tannin that softens. From the vineyard to the barrel, we are always there.
W**e has its own timing. We take pleasure in waiting for it. ⏳
