Un altro assaggio del mondo che stiamo attraversando insieme al Magic Bus: i CHUCHVARA, piccoli ravioli ripieni, tradizionalmente serviti con yogurt, che raccontano una cucina fatta di gesti semplici, pasta tirata a mano e sapori che sanno di casa. 🥟🚌🌏

E il viaggio continua: prossima fermata, Kirghizistan! 🇰🇬

Poi, finalmente, sarà di nuovo il nostro turno. 😉
Il Magic Bus ci avrà fatto viaggiare per migliaia di chilometri, ma a settembre ripartono anche i nostri Cookin’Tour!

E la prima destinazione sarà… IL GIAPPONE!🇯🇵

Se dovessi scegliere uno sfondo per la mia estate, sarebbe esattamente questo. ☀️

Anche quando sei in ferie, c’è sempre qualcuno a cui il carpione non lo puoi proprio negare. E così ti ritrovi a friggere, affettare cipolle e preparare la marinata… perché certe richieste non si rifiutano.

D’altronde il carpione è una ricetta incredibile. Non segue le mode (che esistono anche in cucina!), eppure ogni estate torna puntualmente protagonista delle nostre tavole.

Ci sono classici che non hanno bisogno di reinventarsi. Basta prepararli una volta per capire perché li aspettiamo tutto l’anno. 💛

E voi? Se doveste scegliere lo sfondo della vostra estate, quale sarebbe? 😊

If I had to choose a backdrop for my summer, it would be exactly this. ☀️

Even when you’re on holiday, there’s always someone you just can’t say no to when they ask for carpione. So there you are, frying, slicing onions, and preparing the marinade… because some requests are simply impossible to refuse.

After all, carpione is an incredible recipe. It doesn’t follow trends (yes, those exist in the kitchen too!), yet every summer it makes its way back to the center of the table.

Some classics never need reinventing. All it takes is making them once to remember why we look forward to them all year long. 💛
