Years ago, growers approached us with a challenge:
How to implement a reliable, high-quality filling solution for phase-2 compost also in shelving systems with more than 6 growing beds, without the complexity or investment of phase 3 filling machinery?

Basic filling machines face limitations at higher levels, as the main filling belt operates at steep angles above the 6th bed, impacting performance and consistency.
This challenge triggered our engineering team to act.

The result: a phase-2 Head filling machine capable of delivering filling quality comparable to a phase-3 Head filling machine, while effectively reaching higher growing beds, and remaining accessible for operations using phase 2 compost.

Today, these solutions are successfully operating in different parts of the world.

Compact+ Foldable Picking Lorry

Our Compact+ Foldable picking lorry is available in fully automatic and semi-automatic versions and has been developed together with experienced Dutch growers.
The lorry is specially designed for growing rooms with low door heights, thanks to its foldable frame construction. The system contains no hydraulics, which keeps the machine simple, reliable, and extremely low maintenance.

We invested significant effort in creating an easy and safe folding mechanism. The upper hoisting frame can be folded up and down with only two fingers, allowing every picker to handle the machine independently.
This makes the lorry accessible and comfortable for all workers, including smaller pickers.
