🍞 For the dough:
240ml room temperature milk
50g sugar
60g melted butter
5g active dry yeast or instant dry yeast
310g flour
2g baking powder
5g salt

🥣 For the filling:
75g brown sugar
85g room temperature butter
6g cinnamon powder

🥛 For the frosting:
55g room temperature cream cheese
15g room temperature melted
30ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
60g sugar

You’ve just found the perfect Christmas dessert! 🎅

🍴 Ingredients for a Yule Log:

🍫 Chocolate whipped ganache
500g mascarpone
250g heavy cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa powder

🥮 Chocolate sponge cake
4 eggs
120g flour
80g sugar
30g unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 packet baking powder
⚠️ Bake 6 minutes at 220ºC.

🍫 Chocolate decoration
100g dark chocolate
