You’ve met the biltong… now it’s time to meet the people behind it!
We’ve been busy introducing you to our flavours, but we thought it was about time you got to know the faces behind Chilli & Chutney.
We’re Tanya & Paul, and what started with a serious love of good South African biltong has grown over many many years into something we’re incredibly excited to share with you.
For us, it’s all about doing things properly — quality meat, carefully chosen premium spices, great flavour and plenty of time. Every batch is made with the same care we’d want in a packet we were buying ourselves.
And yes… there’s a fair amount of tasting involved in making sure we get it right. Someone has to do it! 😉
We’re a small, hands-on business, and we genuinely love seeing our biltong make its way into homes, lunchboxes, road trips, gatherings and onto snack plates all over the country!
