**Introducing Hearts & Bones**

Some things take patience. This is one of them.

For a while now, we've had something brewing on the side (pun very much intended) — Hearts & Bones is the new home for everything we distil, sitting right alongside the well balanced beers you already know us for. First out of the gate is a small-batch 5-Malt Whiskey that's been a real labour of love, and honestly, one we're a bit proud of.

No shortcuts, no big batches, no rushing it. Just time, care, and a lot of taste-testing (someone had to do it).

Find it now at selected bars and restaurants — ask your favourite one if they've got it in, and raise a glass with us.

Hearts & Bones. Made by hand, made with heart. Just getting started.

Sundays like this make it easy to remember how lucky we are to call Aotearoa home. Good land, good water, good people — the kind of place that makes us want to brew something equally as good when we're back at it tomorrow. 🇳🇿🍺

Been a bit quiet around here lately — and no, it’s not because we’ve been busy quality-testing (the photo is a fond memory at this point). Truth is, we’ve been busy moving to a new home, one that suits where we’re headed.

The not-so-fun part: the new space doesn’t have room for a taproom, so that’s closing. We know a few of you have grabbed a takeaway pour from us and we’re sorry to see that go.

What hasn’t changed is the beer. Same focus on getting the balance right, same commitment to brewing stuff worth drinking. More to come soon.
