bending your own energy and essence for a potential partner dulls your authentic unique art to the world.
often when woman centres and prioritises men she can dull these parts- prioritising men also requires a lot of cognitive space as social beings this can become a heavy load for your attention, thoughts and focus on things.
I know the person for me will see me for me and let me be the deep, fully expressed version and be behind me in what I choose to do even though it’s different and I’m different. The right person will see you fully and it’ll be their favourite thing!!

all moved up 🥳 📍
excited to find a gym to get back into training, get back into a detox and start eating a solid diet.

am going to be focusing on gut health and incorporating The Collagen Co. into my supplements with MasterPeace By Human Consciousness Support and a few things targeted for support in parasite and heavy metal detoxing.

Also going to continue staying sober- and for those asking that insane platter was from The Green Lane Gastropub it blew my mind when it came out 😅

Really busy weekend but feeling super blessed, thanks so much to my friends Shinarah Enosa and Grace Goris for looking after me while I find my feet!

I actually think I’ve met my closest friends through Instagram. It’s crazy we met 6 years ago now today! I so promise being visible, working on building yourself, and actually going hard on whatever you set your mind too will open up many doors, relationships you wouldn’t have likely had otherwise.

a lot of network marketers get teased in the beginning, to put yourself out there, post on value and not just entertainment isn’t always the ‘cool’ thing but I promise you - in the many years I’ve watched people I won awards with, 5 star all expenses paid trips years ago now owning 7 figure businesses, brushing shoulders with people like tai Lopez, Alex hormozi… dig in and use it, be great at it and make sure you have success with it and within yourself, become your biggest asset through it.
If your dibble dabbling around let this be your sign to change that ⚔️ ✨
