Casual Customer Service & Administration Support
Location: Parakai, Auckland
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Employment Type: Casual (with potential for increased hours)
Superb Herb is a leading New Zealand supplier of fresh herbs, proudly supplying customers nationwide. We are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to provide casual cover within our Customer Service team. As we operate a 7-day-a-week business, flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders
Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing outstanding customer service
Data exporting, reporting, and data entry
General administration support
Skills & Experience:
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service experience
Excel and data entry experience
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team, with the potential for additional hours as the role develops.
