Learn how to get more out of your groceries at this Zero Waste Cooking Masterclass!

We’ll be joined by Fair Food's head chef Shanah, who has over 27 years of experience here in Aotearoa and overseas. She owns several hospitality businesses and is a champion of zero waste cooking.

Shanah will take us through how we can utilise every bit of our produce and cheeses to create elevated and delicious canapés.
