Woof! Ruby Ale 🍺

Fresh on tap at **Karaka Bridge Brewery** is **Woof! Ruby Ale**, our clone of the legendary **Hobgoblin Ruby B**r**.

Pouring a deep ruby red, this b**r delivers rich caramel and toffee malt flavours, subtle dark fruit notes, and a smooth, balanced finish. Full of character without being heavy, it's the sort of b**r that has you reaching for another pint.

The clone has turned out brilliantly and captures everything we love about the original. Malty, satisfying and dangerously drinkable.

Crystal clear, crisp and ridiculously easy to drink, this b**r delivers clean malt flavour, subtle hop character and a refreshing finish that keeps you coming back for more.
No haze. No gimmicks. Just a proper l***r brewed right.
The real proof? At the recent Decent FC prizegiving, McLovin L***r took out top honours as the most consumed b**r across all nine taps. The people have spoken. 🍻

Never Go Full Pale Ale 🍺

Fresh on tap at **Karaka Bridge Brewery** is **Never Go Full Pale Ale**, our clone of the iconic **Emerson's 1812 Pale Ale**.

Packed with classic NZ hop character, this b**r pours a rich golden colour with bright citrus, grapefruit and subtle tropical fruit aromas. A solid malt backbone keeps everything balanced, while a smooth, refreshing bitterness carries through to the finish.

The clone has turned out beautifully. Flavourful, balanced and dangerously drinkable. Everything we love about a proper Kiwi pale ale.

First taste of our latest brew tonight, Fat Bastard Scottish Stout.
Inspired by the classic Gillespie Scottish Stout, this one pours beautifully dark with rich roasted malt, hints of chocolate and coffee, and a smooth finish that'll have you saying "Get in ma belly!" after the first sip.
The label might be a bit cheeky, but the b**r is seriously good.
I hate to break it to you, but this stout is dead sexy.

First taste of our latest brew tonight, a clone of the iconic Timothy Taylor Landlord.
Sometimes the classics are classics for a reason. Beautiful balance, bready malt, gentle floral hops and a smooth finish that makes it very easy to go back for another sip... purely for quality control purposes of course.
Safe to say this one won't last long on tap.

The latest b**r off the bridge is our take on the legendary Dale's Pale Ale.
This one is packed with classic American hop character, think grapefruit, citrus and a touch of pine, balanced by a solid malt backbone that keeps everything in check. Big flavour, plenty of aroma and just the right amount of bitterness to keep you coming back for another sip.
We've brewed a few pale ales over the years, but this clone captures everything that made Dale's such a classic in the craft b**r world.
Safe to say this keg won't last long.

Fresh from Karaka Bridge Brewery, Wilderpeople L***r is our tribute to the great Kiwi adventure. Brewed with New Zealand Motueka hops, added in both the boil and steep, this easy-drinking l***r delivers bright lime, citrus and subtle tropical notes over a clean, crisp malt finish.
Like a journey through the back blocks, it's uncomplicated, refreshing and full of local character. Whether you're chasing wild game, dodging social workers, or just relaxing in the sun, this is the b**r to take along for the ride.

Stone & Wood Big Pale Clone 🍺
Inspired by the Australian favourite, this Karaka Bridge Brewery clone is all about easy drinking. Packed with Galaxy hop character, it delivers bright passionfruit, peach and citrus notes over a soft malt backbone, finishing smooth and refreshing.

This is the b**r that really got me into craft b**r and remains one of my favourites. Inspired by Garage Project's iconic Garagista, this Karaka Bridge Brewery clone combines rich caramel and toasted malt flavours with bright citrus hop character and a firm, balanced bitterness. A modern amber ale that's full of flavour while remaining dangerously drinkable. "Big malt, bold hops, and plenty of character”

Brewed another Black b**r on the nitro set up for the beginning of hopefully a great All Black season . This one is a clone of one of my favourite Irish Stouts Beamish . A tribute to a famous Cork stout, this Karaka Bridge Brewery clone delivers rich roasted coffee and dark chocolate flavours with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a clean, dry finish. Dark, sessionable and incredibly drinkable.
