This is the first ever independent bottling of Daftmill wh**ky, bottled by Decadent Drinks as part of their wonderfully eccentric Wh**kyland series.

A marriage of one 1st fill sherry butt and one 1st fill bourbon barrel, both matured for 20 years, creating a rich, spicy and seriously delicious old Lowland malt.

Think cinnamon buns, caramel, dates and prunes, with layers of dark fruit, honey, to***co, chocolate and plum w**e underneath.

And with Father’s Day this Sunday, this could be a pretty spectacular way to spoil a wh**ky-loving Dad.

The label itself is a brilliant “Where’s Wally?”-style scene, so naturally there is still one very important question…

With Father’s Day this Sunday, we’ve just landed two new Kilchoman releases that should make choosing Dad’s present a little easier.

First up is the Kilchoman 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured 11 Year Old – 50%.

Distilled using Kilchoman’s own Islay-grown barley from the 2011, 2012 and 2013 harvests, this limited release has been matured for a minimum of 11 years in 16 individually selected first-fill Oloroso sherry butts.

The result is a richer, darker take on Kilchoman’s 100% Islay style, with layers of dark fruits, spice and smoked meats, alongside that unmistakable Kilchoman peat.

Then we have the Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition – and this one is particularly special as it marks the final release in Kilchoman’s limited-edition 100% Islay range.

Distilled from the 2014 and 2015 barley harvests and matured for a minimum of 9 years in 54 ex-bourbon barrels, it brings together fresh vanilla, tropical fruit, toasted oak, salted butter, candied citrus, ripe pear, white pepper and waves of peat smoke.

Both whiskies showcase what makes Kilchoman so special – wh**ky produced from barley grown on Islay, distilled, matured and bottled at the distillery.

If Dad enjoys his Islay wh**ky, anyone of these would be perfect.

Father’s Day is this Sunday — and for the wh**ky-loving Dad, this is a rather special bottle.

🥃 Decadent Drams Tamdhu 19 Year Old
2007 | 53.0% ABV | 2nd Fill Sherry Hogshead

Distilled in 2007 and matured for 19 years in a 2nd fill sherry hogshead, this is a beautifully balanced old Speyside malt where the sherry influence complements rather than overwhelms Tamdhu’s elegant spirit.

Expect rich notes of sultanas, dates, figs and prunes, followed by darker layers of bread, treacle, date molasses and unlit cigar.

The finish is long, earthy and beautifully sherried, with lingering to***co and rancio notes.

If Dad enjoys mature, classically styled Speyside wh**ky, this could be a very good way to spoil him this Father’s Day.

Decadent Drinks

Father’s Day is this Sunday, and if Dad appreciates old wh**ky with a story behind it, this is a rather special one.

🥃 Old Orkney Relics 30 Year Old
1996 | 41.7% | 492 Bottles

Originally created by Gordon & MacPhail in 1996 as an Old Orkney blended Scotch wh**ky, this remarkable wh**ky spent 30 years maturing in a single refill sherry butt before being bottled at natural cask strength.

The result is wonderfully old-fashioned Scotch — rich, waxy and beautifully mature, with notes of beeswax, heather honey, dried fruits, cedar wood, crystallised fruit and gentle herbal character.

Only 492 bottles were produced, making this a genuinely unusual piece of Scotch wh**ky history and a very memorable Father’s Day bottle.

A crisp golden NZ Pilsner showcasing the new Hāpi Research trial hop NZ04. Grapefruit, passionfruit, clean bitterness and a touch of fresh-baked baguette sweetness.

🌶️ La Calavera Catrina – 6.9%
Watermelon, Habanero, Rosewater & Maize L***r. Cheeky, complex, a little fiery and back by popular demand as part of Garage Project’s 15-year celebration.

🍺 11 Triple IPA – 11.0%
The return of the 11th Anniversary IIIPA. Eleven different hop additions using pellets, cryo, incognito and hop extracts throughout the brewing process. Big b**r. Big hops. 11%.

🗑️ Garbage Stout – 11.5%
The kitchen sink stout — almost literally. Pretzels, potato crisps, rice crispies, marshmallows, tea, raisins, toasted coconut, vanilla, hazelnut, coffee, cacao nibs and a mountain of malt all crammed into one gloriously ridiculous stout.

The Teuchter Batch 4 – Ben Nevis 10 Year Old 🥃

The latest batch of The Teuchter from Decadent Drinks has landed, and this time it’s all about Ben Nevis.

Batch 4 is a small-batch marriage of two refill barrels distilled in 2016, brought together and left to mingle for just under a year in an old refill butt.

The result is exactly the kind of Ben Nevis we love – bright, naturally sweet, gently waxy and full of distillery character, with the refill wood allowing the spirit itself to remain firmly centre stage.

Bottled at a wonderfully drinkable 47%, it’s approachable enough to pour without ceremony, but with more than enough character to keep you coming back to the glass.

And that is rather the point of The Teuchter – proper, characterful wh**ky made for drinking.

🥃 NEW WH**KY | LINKWOOD 11 YEAR OLD ‘THE RAILWAY’ — JAMES EADIE

Another cracking Small Batch release from James Eadie, this time showcasing the elegant, fruit-forward character of Linkwood Distillery.

Linkwood 11 Year Old ‘The Railway’ has been created from just three re-charred hogsheads — #301827, #301830 and #301834 — and bottled at a very approachable 46% ABV.

James Eadie has become one of the independent bottlers we love following, specialising in carefully selected Small Batch, Single Cask and Cask Finish releases that allow the individual distillery character to shine through.

And this Linkwood sounds absolutely delicious.

🍊 Nose: Orange peel, lemon drizzle cake and vanilla ice cream, with a gentle grassy, hay-like freshness.

🍯 Palate: Honey and malty oatcakes lead into more orange peel, lemon cake and creamy vanilla ice cream.

🌾 Finish: Honeyed and malty with oatcakes, white pepper and a subtle touch of anise.

There’s something wonderfully old-school about this one — citrus, malt, honey and vanilla, all wrapped around Linkwood’s beautifully delicate spirit.

At 11 years old and 46%, ‘The Railway’ looks like a very easy wh**ky to settle into a glass with.
