💕 Having a bit of cuteness in the paddocks makes the heart happy.💕

Watching your husband run up hill to catch said calf cuteness and bring it to the gate to transfer to kindy paddock for safe keeping is just funny. All whilst the calfs mum and I look on from the gate.

My excuse is he needs the exercise for hunting hobbies 😂

Beauty little bull calf starts our calving off this year. This heifer is a great mum, calm, quite and focused on her calf.

We have new property, a few new heifers and this little beauty from Mahuta Herefords is our 1st calver for 2026!

New yards held up to the job 😂 in all honesty I did have my doubts 🤭 (we had no instructions, plans etc).

We had our biggest cow have a little trouble navigating the raceway, got a little tight for a moment.... I did kinda have a moment of panic - how the heck she was going to get out 😂

We all survived. Job got done. Need few design tweaks though for next time.

I couldn't bring myself to load the pic showing a good angle of the tigtness issue, its not very flattering for her 😂

Almost finished our little game of tetris, shout out to the husband for a fab job well done. The wife appreciates you loads for your perseverance and calming nature getting the job done!! Shout out to F.I.L Colin King for the help 🙂
