It was all hands on deck for this one manned band this week!

If you have OCD - I apologize for the nonconformity of the labels, but it does represent me well as a chili sauce maker - incohesive, off centre and in some areas, just wrong! 😂

All bottles are still the normal $10 and the jam pot is $5.
All ingredients are grown and cared for in my garden by my husband and I. So if you’re all still invested in this with me, grab a bottle or a pottle (that rhymes😉) and get some Hot Stuff into your belly!

It has been made! Chilli and Lime Jam is live and kicking. Also, I had a boo boo and ordered the wrong labelling stickers 🤦🏻‍♀️ but as a teeny business it’s all waste not want not. So I’ll just have to live the error! $5 for a pot of this. Great for cheese on crackers - note this is a jam and not a sauce. Once it’s on your cracker… it’s only going in your mouth and not down the sides of the cracker 😏
You guys know what to do! 🌶️🍋‍🟩

Mother’s Day is coming! And if your mum needs some sweet (not so hot) accompaniment to that cheese charcuterie board you’re going to make her, then I recommend this delicious relish!

Trusting the process… I made a couple of batches last night and I’m not 100% sure they’ll make the cut. My taster (my husband) wasn’t here to try them for me - but he’ll get bombarded later today when he gets home😂🤫

Sometimes it takes a few recipes and a lot of tweaking to get it right but I’m sure I’ll get there. Watch this space! 👀

Black Doris Plum and Jalapeño Relish 🤤🤤🤤

This is the sauce that nobody asked for, but you all got anyway 😂 a full face is sweet followed by the heat of the chilli. You could even whack this in a juicy burger 🍔
Anyway, if you want it - you know what to do! 🤘🏻🌶️
