re and, over time you will be rewarded with the most delicious fruit. Our distilled product is made in small batches and is dependent on the seasonal fruit we have available. No preservatives, colours etc. To this end, it is possible that you will see some sediment in the bottle or forming over time. This is completely normal and part of the fruit. Discolouration can also occur as the fruit reacts with sunlight and oxygen. Neither will impact the quality.
