🐔✨ How cool is this?!

One of our lovely, loyal local customers has handmade this beautiful little chicken especially for us at our farm shop, and we absolutely love it! 🥹❤️

It’s little touches like this that make being part of our local community so special. We’re so grateful for the creativity, time and thought that went into creating this little beauty. 🐔🌿

Thank you so much, we think she’s pretty egg-cellent! 🥚😉

Hello, Spring! 🌸

The first official day of spring is here, and the farm is putting on quite the show. 🐑☀️

Baby lambs are bouncing around, the sunrises are picture-perfect, and the trees are bursting into bloom. There’s something pretty special about watching the farm come alive after winter. 💛

✨ WE’VE GOT A NEW LOOK! ✨

After months of behind-the-scenes work, we’re so excited to finally share our fully updated website! 🐔🥚

We’ve given the website a fresh new look while bringing together everything Quail Valley Free Range in one place — from our farm and story, our products, some yummy recipes and everything happening here on the farm.

It’s been a labour of love, and we’re so proud of how it’s come together. ❤️

Head over and have a look around — we’d love to know what you think! 👀

The chicken emoji department is seriously lacking… 🐔😂

Because why do we only get one chicken when there are THIS many gorgeous breeds?! 🤎🤍🖤

Fluffy chickens, speckled chickens, tiny chickens, fancy chickens… and don’t even get us started on all the egg colours we’re missing! 🥚✨

Consider this our official petition for a full chicken emoji upgrade. 🐓🐔

A massive THANK YOU to the wonderful team at Top of the South Rural Support 💛🌿

Today they very kindly provided the Quail Valley Free Range team with lunch, and we are incredibly grateful for the thoughtful gesture!

We’d also like to take the opportunity to thank them for everything they continue to do for our wider rural community. The support, care and helping hand they offer our farmers and rural families is so important and very much appreciated.

Thank you for thinking of us and offering your support — and for the delicious lunch! 🥪🐔💛

From all of us at Quail Valley Free Range, thank you!

It seems like the Woolworths Ooshies have officially taken over households across New Zealand… and now they’ve made their way onto the farm too! 😂🐔

A few little Hei Hei Ooshies have been sneaking their way into Quail Valley Free Range and finding themselves some pretty permanent homes around the place. From computers to dashboards and little corners of the farm — they’re staying put as our newest unofficial mascots! 😂
