The chance to break down a 40kg wheel of parmesan. The smell is incredible and it's sweet, salty and fruity..... Calling out for a glass of bubbles.

If we offered the chance to attend a cheese cutting event would you come? There will be bubbles, and lots of tasting. Get to cooks corner this week to taste freshly cracked wheel.
