We’re hiring 👀

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing & Brand Manager to join the team at Chia Sisters on a 12-month parental leave cover (with potential to go permanent as we grow). This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and get stuck in leading campaigns, shaping brand direction, and bringing our marketing to life across NZ and Australia. If you love purpose-led brands, care about sustainability and social impact, and have experience across ecommerce, campaigns, and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

📍 Nelson-based (or remote within NZ / Sydney for the right person)
🕒 Part-time (30 hours)

At Chia Sisters, we’re all about reuse and refill – it’s why we offer our drinks in reusable kegs for hospitality and retail outlets, cutting down on single-use packaging and making low-waste solutions easier for businesses.

That’s why we’re backing this awesome petition calling for refillable systems across Aotearoa – and we’re thrilled to see the students at Earthminds leading the charge. Their work is pushing the reuse movement forward in all the right ways 🙌
