I make great sausages, but I don't write great poetry – so I’ll keep this to the point.

We make only from premium NZ cuts of free range meat and we don't add any fillers, gluten, preservatives, nitrates or colours. The first point is, I really am Frank. Born in Hamburg, moved to New Zealand, raising a family and live and work in the Waikato. Trust me, this is no big manufacturer trying to look like a one-man band. This is a one-man band with an equally hard-working wife and a handful

of supporters trying to make and sell the best quality sausages we possibly can. I’ll compromise on the good things in life if I have to, but one thing I’ll never compromise on is the quality of our ingredients or the natural, nutritious methods we use to make them – methods that take far more time, but that make a far better sausage. To be Frank, there is enough rubbish out there when it comes to buying sausages and in a country like New Zealand with the quality of our meat and the wonderful ingredients we have available to us, I just think that’s wrong. If you agree, please enjoy one of my sausages knowing I’ll personally guarantee it because I personally made it. Thanks a lot. Your support is really appreciated.

If you like your sausages with a little more personality, these are for you. 🔥

Our Pork with Smoked Paprika Fresh Sausages are one of the boldest flavours in the Frank's Sausages range.

Made with premium NZ free-range pork shoulder and hot smoked paprika for a rich, smoky warmth, with garlic, onion and subtle hints of nutmeg, coriander and allspice rounding everything out.

They're full of flavour without being overly hot – just seriously good sausages.

Serve with crispy potatoes and veges, tuck them into a fresh roll, or add them to a hearty sausage bake and let that smoky flavour do the work.

And as always with our fresh sausages – low and slow for the best result. 👍

Dinner doesn't always need to be complicated. 🌭

Frank's Sausages DeliDOGS are made fresh each week and gently steam cooked, so when you need something quick, most of the hard work has already been done.

Warm them through, load them into a fresh bun and add whatever takes your fancy – mustard, relish, cheese, sauerkraut, caramelised onions... or keep things beautifully simple.

Here's a Gourmet Grind idea you might not have tried before... soup! 🍲

It might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you're deciding what to do with mince, but adding Gourmet Grind to a hearty, Italian-style soup makes for a seriously satisfying meal.

There's a ton of recipes online but basically you going to brown your favourite Gourmet Grind, then add tomatoes, stock, beans, veges and herbs and let everything gently simmer together. Finish with a little grated cheese and serve with crusty bread for dipping. 😋

Cold night? This one's made for it. 🌭🥘

For an easy winter dinner, try turning your favourite Frank's fresh sausages into a hearty sausage and bean bake.

Cook your sausages low and slow, then add them to a rich tomato sauce with your favourite beans, vegetables, herbs and seasoning. Let everything simmer together until those flavours have had plenty of time to get acquainted.

Serve with crusty bread, creamy mash or simply enjoy a big bowl on its own.
